ACCOMPLISHMENTS, DREAMS AND MY F@#K IT LIST

Accomplishments

• Joint 4th in a world karate tournament in sparing/ kumite and 5th in kata

• At 14 I crossed the Artic Circle and was blessed by a shaman to be protected by the spirits that live there. On a trip to Lapland with make a wish foundation

• Set up a poster campaign for Cystic fibrosis

• Was the face of resident representatives for Clarion housing and won the most influential and developed young person

• Ran multiple successful karate classes and events

• Got to skate with Hulls ice hockey team

• Got to go on the pitch at half time in a Hull FC and KR derby match after receiving the respect award in secondary school.

I have a habit of forgetting things I’ve done so I’ll probably add more as people remind me.

Hopes

This one was quite an odd one to write about as I don’t really hold high expectations for life in general. Not in a pessimistic way I’m just happy with the simple things. I wouldn’t go mental if I won the lotto, Id get a few big things. A fully refurbished T2 camper, a little apartment in lake Garda and a few trips. And a cottage somewhere quiet. That would probably cost a good £350,000 (£800,000 if I want to buy the properties outright) max. I worked with the CEO of Clarion a few times and found out he was earning around £360,000 a year! Sooooo, I think it is more than do able. Oh, and if I want to add another £150,000, I will open my speak easy so I don’t go crazy with boredom.  I might just set up a go fund me for that amount. BUY A GUY HIS LIFELONG DREAM for the low low price of half a mil haha.

Fuck it list

This is my bucket list alternative. Yes, I do have a standard bucket list, but I love the concept of the fuck it lists. No, this is not a list of people I want to sleep with before I die, it’s the random opportunities that present themselves. Ryan, do you want to get naked in the middle of town at 2 in the morning, while painted blue? Sure. Ryan, do you want to get naked on TV for a dating show? No problem. Ryan will come with this group of random German family to help them to the police station? Will do, what’s the worst that could happen. It’s the whole Yes man mentality.

But for my bucket list I have a few places I want to visit

• Japan

• A star sanctuary in Canada, while staying in Emarald Lake lodge

• Hawaii

• Germany

• Greece

I have always dreamed of driving back to Italy for a month in a campervan. I was part of my 5-year plan after lockdown and now I have all the ingredients to do so. I have the van, a partner, and a dog. Who knows I may achieve this goal sooner than I thought.

Other things I want to do is

• I really want to see fireflies, like in Princess and the frog. I myself don’t really know what drew me to it but I imagine it being pretty peaceful and a great opportunity for an adventure
