Mission: Get this pup to sleep

Tee finished work early today so we decided to take full advantage of the sun. Our mission. Get this boisterous pup tuckered out 😅

We went to one of her favourite spots, Hessle Foreshore (A.k.a Lil' Swiss). Being as it was 11:30 on a Tuesday it was very quiet and a perfect time to continue her off leash training. She did fantastic despite being more than happy to sprint full on into you when called back.... unless she has a stick, which was often. Then she will come close but on high alert for anyone stealing her new stick haha.

She loves running in the lake and meeting some new friends too. We couldn't have picked a better time too because on our way back we encountered a huge swarm of ladybirds. Like a lot. Tee had to brush a good ten off me and we still found some flying about the van when we set off home. I hope you can see it in the video with the view of the bridge. That's right they're not midges they're ladybirds!

Anyway in the end it was mission accomplished. And we had a very happy and very sleepy pup on the way home 😊

We also got to finish our day with my parents celebrating my dads Birthday. 51 today. Once I have a bit more experience long distance driving I'll be taking him on some of my adventures in the Van. I found out on his 49th birthday he's always wanted to visit Belfast and the Giants Causeway in NI. Maybe one day.
