Diabetes UK Bike ride

Whoo hoo. Genuinely forgot about this. I was so pleased with the amount raised I totally forgot they send you out a medal after you reach a certain amount.

In total this year the Diabetes UK bike month has raised a massive £296,370!!

I'm so thankful to everyone that donated, I had so much fun. I'm still campaigning for Heading to 22 to potentially cure T1 diabetes but I'm open to fundraising ideas for that too.

A link to heading to 22 can be found in my linktree.

To be totally honest, I don't even talk to the person that inspired me to start campaigning for Diabetes but still if I can help her and everyone else with this horrible condition then it would mean the world to me.

She made me aware of how much I've improved since before I even met her, and a year on I just keep getting better and better. It would be an honour to use this new potential to do some good in the world and help those that for years have been told that something like a cure is a pipe dream. No matter what happened she deserves to be happy, as does everyone that knows how it feels to have to fight and put effort into something as simple as existing.

Thank you all again 💛💛
